Shipping and Handling

Most items are shipped using USPS priority mail. Exceptions include smaller items such as small zipper pouches, sachets, headbands, scrunchies. These small items will be shipped via USPS first class. Orders will be shipped 3-5 business days following placement of the order. Currently, we only ship within the USA. If interested in international shipping, please contact me to consider shipping options.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit only. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and postmarked within 10 days from the shipping postmark. If it is apparent that the product has been used or is in any way no longer satisfactory for resale, the item will be returned to the purchaser with an explanation and the account will not be credited. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return/exchange process. We do not accept returns on custom orders of any kind. All sales are final on sale and seconds items.
